Guarantees

We are certain you will be satisfied with our blinds but we will offer you a one-year guarantee.

The cover includes all the fabric, controls, chains, cords and fittings of your blinds. If there are any problems we will either issue a new blind or a replacement part free of charge.

Guarantee Exclusions

There are a few things the warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by yourself

  • Alterations

  • Misuse of product

  • Exposure to the elements

  • Installation issues

  • Fitted in a non-domestic environment

  • Wear and tear from normal use

  • Fabrics & dyes

  • Normal fading
