Innovation Blinds and Shutters provide exceptional after sales service. They supplied us with blinds over 7 years ago, in 2015. The blinds were excellent quality, but recently we started to have problems with the handles, so we got in touch with them to ask what could be done.This company is at the other end of the country to us, but Katie sorted out our problem without hesitation, despite having no obligation to do so.
